A Doula’s Purpose
If you don’t know your choices, you have none. A doula offers evidenced-based choices so you and your birthing partner can make informed decisions surrounding pregnancy, the birth of your child, & postpartum.
Birth Doula Support
As your birth doula, I will meet with you and your birth partner for two prenatal visits so that I can get a feel for the labor you are envisioning. We will also go over relaxation techniques to practice before the big day. I will support you through your labor and for 1-2 hours after your baby is born to get you settled as a family. Once your baby is home, I will make one postpartum visit within that first week. All of this is included for only $650. To ensure my best dedication to you and your birth experience, I will only be taking one client per month, set up a meet-and-greet today!
Postpartum Doula Support
Bringing home baby can be a roller coaster time. People are coming and going from your home, everyone wants to see baby, your partner has headed back to work, but who is taking care of mom? That’s where my role as a postpartum doula comes in. For $25/hour, I will come to your home during the postpartum phase to accomplish tasks that will help you adjust to life as a new mama. Whether that being tidying a certain area of the home, holding baby while you shower or rest, or being a person to answer your questions. Each hour that you purchase includes a freezer meal that I will bring with to the visit. When you are ready to settle into your new role, I’m ready to lend a helping hand.
