Invest time connecting with your birth partner while you learn about the process of birth, and how to effectively cope during labor. This three-night session will dive into the inner-workings of your body as it prepares for the birth of your beautiful baby, how to manage your labor, as well as newborn cares for when your bundle of joy arrives. Breastfeeding basics will also be covered. The ideal time to take this class is late in your second trimester or early in your third trimester, but all stages of pregnancy are welcome. All classes are taught at Washington Learning Center. Sign-up is through New Ulm ECFE. Scholarships for FREE classes are available thanks to Southern Minnesota Initiative Foundation.
Class is held Monday June 3rd, 10th, and 17th from 6:30-9:00 PM all three nights.
