This condensed version of the Prepared Childbirth Class will teach you and your birth partner the basics of birth and how to cope with the labor process to help you achieve a satisfying birth. In addition, you will learn how to care for your newborn in a concise class that offers hands-on practice. Breastfeeding basics will also be covered. The ideal time to take this class is late in your second trimester or early in your third trimester, but all stages of pregnancy are welcome. All classes are taught at Washington Learning Center.
