ECFE is sponsoring a Community Baby Shower for anyone who is currently expecting, has had or adopted a baby in the past twelve months, or is a licensed child care provider caring for at least one infant. In this training, DONA-trained doula, Kelsey Kober, and Mental Health Educator, Meg Zabel, will discuss the joys, changes, and challenges that can accompany caring for an infant. From prenatal, postpartum, and childcare, they will share how to recognize, cope with, and avoid overwhelm and burn out, all while enjoying the new life in your care. Gift packets will be given to the first 70 parents in the door. There will also be door prizes! Thanks to the Optimist Club of New Ulm for helping sponsor this event!
